Vietjet brings back the INR9 ticket fare in a month-long promotion for all flights to Vietnam

Vietjet’s super low-fare promotion is back, bringing a special treat to Indian travellers including first-timers, honeymooners, adventure seekers and business people to fly directly to Vietnam from just INR 9 (*). The airline is offering nearly 30,000 promotional tickets, for all the 17 services connecting New Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Bengaluru to Vietnam’s capital Hanoi, the country’s largest city Ho Chi Minh, Asia’s famous coastal city Da Nang and the beach paradise  Phu Quoc.

Travellers can book these special low-fare tickets every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday until August 26, 2022, at www.vietjetair.com or the Vietjet Air application. The applicable travel period is from August 15, 2022, to March 26, 2023 (**). Vietjet currently operates four services linking New Delhi/Mumbai with Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City with 4 flights per week each. The New Delhi/Mumbai – Phu Quoc services will commence operation from September 9 with 3-4 flights per week.

Starting September 2022, Vietjet will also operate eleven additional routes, making it the largest carrier operating between the two countries in terms of capacity, with a total of 17 services. The nine new routes linking Ahmedabad/ Hyderabad/ Bangalore with Hanoi/ Ho Chi Minh City/ Da Nang will operate from September onwards with four weekly flights each. Just in time for Diwali, the two other new routes Mumbai/New Delhi – Da Nang will also get operational from mid-October.

Travellers now can take the five-hour flights to their favourite destinations in Vietnam without taking any transit flights as before. The new direct flights will make it easier and more affordable for Indian travellers to visit not only Vietnam but also connect to other Southeast Asian destinations such as Bali, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Seoul, Busan, Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, Nagoya and Taipei, etc. through Vietjet’s South – Southeast – Northeast Asia connectivity.

Additionally, Vietjet is offering special inflight hot meals, made for Indian flyers with a variety of dishes, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, served by a dedicated and friendly cabin crew at an altitude of 10,000 meters.

Vietnam has lifted all arrival regulations relating to Covid-19 and travellers can enjoy a complete pre-pandemic fashion arriving in the country. Especially, all international travellers coming to Phu Quoc are eligible for a 30-day visa exemption to experience all the good stuff that the paradise island has to offer.
